  • As quoted from the Chinese classics, "Guilin's landscape is the best under heaven." Today, Our guide and driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast take a private transfer for about 40 minutes ride from hotel to the MoPanShan dock to board the Li river cruise. we will stay on the cruise for about 2.5 to 4 hours travelling nearly 90 kilometers on the Li river to Yangshuo - a picturesque small town in the lush mountains. you will be overwhelmed by dazzling scenery resembling a vast, endless Chinese painting: winding rivers, green limestone Karst mountains.
  • Lunch will be served on the cruise, featuring simple local Chinese cuisine. alternatively you can prepare some snacks in advance.
  • After about 4 hours on the cruise, you will disembark in Yangshuo Town and check into your hotel. After a short break, we will take another exploration to the picturesque countryside at Ten-Mile Gallery, passing by Gongnong Bridge and the Big Banyan Tree. Immerse yourself in the stunning countryside views and relaxed atmosphere. Be enthralled by the patches of paddy fields nestled under green Karst hills, with farmers cultivating their crops. Capture photos of the unique Moon Hill in Li Village and take a leisurely stroll.
  • If time and your physical condition permit, you can climb up Moon Hill, which takes about 30-50 minutes with thousands of steps. From the top, you can appreciate a closer view of the larger moon-shaped hole and enjoy a broader panorama of the Karst wonders around Yangshuo Town.

  • Start a fanscinating cycling tour in the morning which is a popular activity for travelers seeking to explore the beautiful countryside of Yangshuo in a unique way. This leisurely bike ride takes you through serene pastoral views, breathtaking limestone mountains, peaceful farming villages, and local villages where you can observe the daily life of the locals.
  • There are two routes visitors may choose from: Route A: Duration: 4-5 hours Highlights: Yulong River, Gongnong Bridge, Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Yueliang Village, Fushansi, Yan Village, Tianjiahe, Aishan Village, and finally back to Yangshuo. This route offers a classic tour of Yangshuo's scenic spots and is suitable for most travelers.
  • Route B: Duration: 4-5 hours Highlights: Baisha Jinbao Crossroad, Yulong Bridge, Jiuxian Village, Xinglong Village, Zhaoyang Village, Yulong River, Gonglong Bridge, Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Ten-mile Gallery, and back to West Street. This longer route is usually preferred by cycling enthusiasts who want to explore primitive villages, rice paddies, and old bridges. It starts and ends in Yangshuo.
  • Adjacent to the cycling adventure, we will have a lunch break and then drive for about an hour back to Guilin downtown. There are many flights and bullet train connections from Guilin to all major cities in China, so you can choose to take a flight or catch a train to return.
  • Upon request, you may also extend your stay for one more day in Yangshuo or Guilin for more experiences. Please talk with our travel consultant for more details.

The best time to visit Guilin is during the spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October). These seasons offer mild temperatures and lower humidity, making it ideal for outdoor activities like sightseeing and cruising on the Li River. In spring, you can enjoy blooming flowers, while autumn brings stunning fall colors and clear skies, enhancing the breathtaking landscapes for which Guilin is famous.
