  • Catch a flight to HaiLar, our driver and guide will meet you upon landing, private transfer to check into the hotel. The remainder of the day will be at your own leisure.

  • After breakfast, embark on a 2.5-hour drive to Hulun Lake, one of China's five largest freshwater lakes, known as "The Sea-Like Lake" in Mongolian. Spanning approximately 2,339 square kilometers, this stunning lake is nestled in the Hulunbuir Prairie, offering magnificent views and a serene atmosphere.
  • Enjoy a delicious all-fish lunch by the lake before continuing to Manzhouli. Enjoy a traditional Russian meal accompanied by local dances and a tasting of local alcohol. Continue our travel through scenic wilderness areas featuring forests, lakes, and mountainous ridges to visit the White Birch Forest Corridor.
  • Moving on our journey to Shiwei, a charming county located 170 km from the White Birch Forest Corridor, which takes around 2 hours. Shiwei is known for its ethnic minority communities and picturesque landscapes.

The travel time typically ranges from 1.5 to 2 hours by road, depending on the exact route and road conditions. This relatively short journey shows the beauty of the Greater Higgnan Mountains, passing through dense forests, serene rivers, rustic bridges, and charming log cabins.
  • Explore Mordaga National Forest Park, located in the heart of the Greater Higgnan Mountains. Mordaga National Forest Park is a mountainous region with diverse flora and fauna, perfect for nature lovers. It is also known for its vast natural beauty, offering a range of trails and scenic spots. Enjoy free time on the Mongolian prairie and experience the traditional Mongolian way of life by riding horses. Walk through the vast, open fields, and learn the ancient art of herding animals from local experts. Get an inside look at a traditional Mongolian yurt and learn about the lifestyle of the nomadic people.
