The following booking conditions build the basis of your contract with JustChinaTours, We ask you to please read them carefully as they set out the respective rights and obligations between you and JustChinaTours. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- All the tour inquiry is free of charge, please feel welcome to communicate with our travel consultant to make your private tour customized.
- Once you are satisfied with our proposed itinerary, a final agreed itinerary will be send to you via email. please be noted that it is not confirmed until we receive your payment
- We ask you to please immediately inform us if you would like to do any itinerary alternations, The quote would remain the same as agreed previously, or change ( if any logistic in the tour changed.)
Deposit and Payment Policy
- A deposit is required to secure your booked service.
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is due before your tour confirmation.
- The rest of the due payment shall be balanced 30 days prior to the tour commence.
- If you are booking a tour that is near the actual tour commencement day, JustChinaTours requires full payment at the time of booking. However, an alternative option is available where you can choose to pay in cash upon your first day of arrival. Please note that credit card payments are not accepted in this particular scenario.
We kindly request that you make the necessary arrangements to ensure that the full payment is ready either before the tour or on the first day of your arrival. This policy helps streamline the tour booking process and ensures a smooth start to your travel experience.
Payment Method for Customers Residing Outside China, or Expats Based in China
- Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer
JustChinaTours accepts bank or wire transfers as a payment method for our tours. We recommend initiating the transfer process at least 15 to 20 days prior to your tour start date. This timeframe allows for any potential delays that may occur during the transfer process, particularly with intermediary banks.
We ask you to send us a photocopy, or scanned format of transaction invoice so as to inform our bank here to keep us notified.
A confirmation letter will be send to you as soon as we reveived your tour balance. - The intermediary bank fees are typically the responsibility of the sender (the customer) rather than the recipient (JustChinaTours). We recommend consulting with your bank to understand the specific fees and charges that may apply during international transactions.

Concellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of a tour, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, taking into account the time and resources invested in preparing for your tour. The following is our cancellation policy:
1, Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour start date:
No cancellation fee will be charged,
A full refund of the tour cost will be provided.
2, Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the tour start date:
A cancellation fee of 10 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
3,Cancellation between 14 days and 48 hours before the tour start date:
A cancellation fee of 30 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
The remaining amount will be refunded to you
4,Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour start date:
The tour cost is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.
Please note that these cancellation fees are necessary to cover the costs incurred by JustChinaTours for arranging accommodations, transportation, and other services in advance. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to tour cancellations or disruptions. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the cancellation process and any applicable refunds.
