International arrival at Beijing airport, our guide and driver will meet you just outside the Baggage Claim Area. Private transfer back to the hotel, the rest of day will be at your own leisure to either relax from the longtime flight, or walk around the hotel block.
Free in the morning, private transfer from hotel to the airport flying to Xian (1.4 hours onboard). Be welcomed upon landing at Xian airport. Private transfer back to the hotel visits the Han Yang Ling Mausoleum museum en route. Visit the South Gate of the City Wall and enjoy a bike ride on the wall top. Dinner tonight will be the delicious Hot Pot.
Visit the Shaanxi History Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the morning. Private transfer to the airport flying to Lhasa. Be welcomed by your Tibetan guide upon landing. Direct transfer back to the hotel. The rest of day will be at your own leisure to acclimatize the elevation of Lhasa.
This is an incredible day that we are coming to the world famous Potala Palace and visit its White Palace and Red Palace. Continue your Lhasa group tour after lunch to the Jor-Khang Monastery and the Barkhor Street Market. We will then come to visit the Traditional Tibetan Herbal Medicine Hospital and witness the mysterious Tibetan medicine-making process.
Come to the China National Giant Panda Breeding Center to see the endangered panda bears and small red panda. Continue the tour in the afternoon to Jinsha Museum. Meandering around in the Wangjiang Park to taste the local life. Free time in Jinli Old Street for some free shopping time.
Private transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Be met upon landing. Visit the Former French Concession and see the Old House once the first Chinese Communist Party Congress was held in 1920s. Drive back to the hotel for a break. Enjoy the famous acrobatic show in the Shanghai Circus.
City tour today to visit the Bund along the Huang Pu River. Meandering around in the Shanghai Museum which is reputed as the best in China. Continue the tour in the afternoon to the Yu Garden and explore the Old Town Market just outside there. Back to the hotel if time permits. Enjoy a typical Shanghai local cuisine.
Start the day by visiting the Jade Buddha Temple first, Drive to the Pu Dong New Development Zone to feel the modern bustling Shanghai. The Former French Concession will be an ideal place for a relaxing beer time for either beer, or coffee. Free time in the afternoon that you may enjoy your own arrangements, or do some shopping at your own leisure.
