We are writing to express our sincere gratitude to your tour organiser, Richard. You should be proud to have such a wonderful employee. He was incredibly patient with our email requests regarding food and hotel locations. My wife has a peanut allergy, and Richard was thoughtful enough to prepare a notice in both English and Chinese to alert restaurants. Moreover, all the guides in each city were aware of this and paid great attention to the food provided in restaurants.
Overall, the trip was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed having the Yangtze River cruise arranged in the middle of our tour, as it provided a nice, relaxing interlude after our walks in Beijing and Xi'an.
The only minor criticism, which we have already noted in the evaluation form, concerns the hotel in Yangshuo. Whilst the hotel amenities were excellent, the location was rather close to the street, resulting in significant traffic noise penetrating the windows.
We will definitely return to China and will certainly use your company again.
