We had a wonderful time in Harbin, and the ice sculpture theme park was absolutely the highlight of our trip!
Despite the frigid temperatures, which dropped to 23 degrees below zero, we bundled up in thick layers to keep warm. The hotel we stayed in was excellent, with terrific heating that made our stay comfortable. The heating systems in all indoor establishments were impressive, which is essential given the harsh winter conditions in this region of China.
The food at local restaurants was enjoyable. While we weren't accustomed to all the dishes, it was clear that the meals were authentic Chinese cuisine, and most of them were quite tasty. This was exactly what we expected from our culinary experience in China.
Overall, our trip to Harbin was unforgettable, and we can't wait to share our experiences with others!
