• Welcome to Zhangjiajie! Today marks the beginning of your adventure starting at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China's first national park sprawling across 130 square kilometers. This park is celebrated for its towering, uniquely shaped rocky peaks that pierce the sky and its verdant forests.
• Our first destination is Yellow Stone Village, the pinnacle of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, boasting elevations exceeding 1,000 meters. A cable car ride offers panoramic views of the expansive peaks, with the chance to witness a spectacular sea of clouds if fortune smiles upon us.
• Next, we'll explore Zhangjiajie's renowned attraction, Golden Whip Stream. This 7.5-kilometer stream meanders through valleys and peaks, inviting a leisurely 2-hour hike to admire the peculiar peaks flanking the river, the playful wildlife, and the ancient, exotic trees.
• Concluding our day, we'll visit Baofeng Lake Scenic Area, where natural landscapes harmonize with local culture and folklore. • Meet your guide and driver in the hotel lobby after breakfast. Our first stop is Tianzi Mountain, one of Wulingyuan's four scenic spots, spanning over 5,400 hectares. Tianzi Peak, towering at 4,142 feet (1,262.5 meters) above sea level, offers breathtaking views of unique peaks like HeLong Park and YuBi Peak. We'll ascend by sightseeing bus and descend via cable car.
• Next, we'll journey to Yuanjiajie in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's northern reaches. Surrounded by rocky peaks and overlooking valley vistas, it boasts attractions such as Mi Hun Tai (Enchanting Platform), the No.1 Bridge under Heaven, and the Bailong Elevator—the world's highest outdoor elevator, ascending 335 meters vertically. This area gained fame as the filming location for "Avatar Hallelujah Mountain".
• Lastly, we'll explore Ten Mile Gallery, the essence of Suoxiyu Nature Reserve. This enchanting five-kilometer walking trail winds through a fairyland-like natural landscape. • Today's Zhangjiajie tour starts at Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a lush natural spot offering fresh mountain air. The bridge is entirely made of transparent glass and features the world's highest bungee jump at its center—a truly unforgettable experience.
• After lunch, we'll journey to Tianmen Mountain, known for its distinctive karst landscape. Ascend via the world's longest alpine passenger cableway, spanning 7,455 meters with a height difference of 1,279 meters. At the mountain's summit, highlights include the thrilling Sky Walk along the cliff and a visit to Tianmen Mountain Temple. Descend through the mountain via escalator to explore Tianmen Cave, a rare high-altitude natural cave measuring 131.5 meters in height and 57 meters in width.
