  • Students will embark on an exciting journey as they arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport. Upon landing, they will be warmly greeted by our program representative who will assist them with their luggage and enjoy a short bus ride to check into the hotel. This is a crucial time for the students to unwind and settle into their accommodations, allowing them to refresh after their long journey.
  • Once checked in, students will have some free time to explore the hotel amenities or relax before dinner. In the evening, the group will enjoy a traditional Peking duck dinner at a renowned restaurant. This meal will provide students with a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine, featuring crispy duck skin served with pancakes and various condiments, offering a delightful introduction to the culinary culture of China. Taking this oppurtunity, a program orientation will be given to the students.

  • Students will meet their guide at the hotel after breakfast and take a bus ride to visit to Tiananmen Square, a site of immense political significance in China. This iconic location is essential for understanding the country's history and serves as a perfect introduction before heading to the Forbidden City.
  • Once at Tian'anmen Square, students will have the opportunity to explore its vast expanse and learn about its important role in Chinese history. Following this visit, the group will proceed to the Forbidden City, where a unique Treasure Hunt activity awaits.
  • In the Forbidden City, students will be divided into small teams and given clues by their guide. This engaging activity will lead them to various key locations within the largest imperial palace in the world, including the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Palace of Heavenly Purity, and the Imperial Garden. As they explore, students will search for specific architectural features, artifacts, and historical facts, making the learning experience both interactive and enjoyable.
  • Once the treasure hunt concludes, the groups will come together to share their discoveries and celebrate their achievements.   • In the afternoon, the group will visit the Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design. This UNESCO World Heritage site was where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties performed annual ceremonies of prayer for good harvest. Students will explore the temple's unique circular structures, including the iconic Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, and learn about its cultural and historical significance.
  • The visit to the Temple of Heaven will also include a walk through the surrounding park, where students can observe local residents practicing tai chi, playing traditional instruments, or engaging in various leisure activities, offering insight into contemporary Chinese culture.

  • Today's exciting journey is to visit the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China. After breakfast, the group travels by bus for about two hours ride to this renowned location, famous for its breathtaking scenery and relatively smaller crowds compared to other sections.
  • The ascent to the Great Wall begins with a comfortable cable car ride. This 723-meter journey takes approximately five minutes, offering students panoramic views of the surrounding landscape before depositing them near Tower 14. The cable car experience itself is a thrilling start to their Great Wall exploration.
  • Once atop the wall, students have ample time to explore the ancient structure. They walk along the ramparts, climb the watchtowers, and marvel at the impressive architecture that has stood the test of time.   • Before visiting the Terracotta Warriors, students will participate in a Terracotta Warrior figurine-making program, allowing them to create their own small sculptures inspired by the famous warriors. This hands-on experience will enhance their understanding of the techniques used in ancient times.
  • At the Terracotta Warriors Museum, students will explore the three main excavation pits, each offering unique insights into the ancient Chinese military and imperial practices. Pit 1, the largest and most impressive, houses around 2,000 warriors in battle formation. Pit 2 showcases various military units, including cavalry and archers, while Pit 3 is believed to be the army's command center.   • Group will continue their exploration of Shanghai with a visit to Yuyuan Garden in the morning. After wandering through the beautifully designed pavilions, rockeries, and ponds, students enjoy some free time to explore the bustling Yuyuan Bazaar located just outside the garden.   • Following their time at Yuyuan Garden, the group will head to the Shanghai Urban Planning Center. This center provides valuable insights into the city's development and future plans, showcasing models and exhibits that highlight Shanghai's rapid growth and urbanization.
  • Lunch will feature Shanghai's famous dim sum, allowing students to savor local culinary delights. Continue their visit to Pudong, where they will take a fast elevator to the top of the Shanghai World Financial Center. From the observation deck, students will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city, gaining a unique perspective on Shanghai's impressive skyline.
  • The last stop today is the Jade Buddha Temple, a significant Buddhist site known for its stunning jade statues and tranquil atmosphere.
  • Note: The Shanghai World Financial Center stands at a height of 492 meters (1,614 feet) and features 101 floors above ground. The building is equipped with high-speed elevators that travel at a speed of 10 meters per second, allowing visitors to reach the observation deck in approximately 66 seconds from the entrance to the 94th floor.

  • Students will check out of their hotel, our guide and driver will meet them at the hotel lobby and drive to Pudong International Airport for their flight home. If time permits, a thrilling experience on the Maglev train can be arranged. This train travels from Longyang Road Station in the town to Pudong Airport at an impressive speed of 431 kilometers per hour, allowing students to experience one of the fastest trains in the world.
