After your halal breakfast, your guide and driver will take you on a scenic 2-hour drive to the Dazu Rock Carvings, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its incredible sculptures. As part of this Muslim-focused tour, we’ll highlight how these artworks represent religious themes, blending Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian influences alongside local culture.
You’ll explore Beishan and Baoding Mountain, where the rock carvings originated. After watching an introductory film about the site, we’ll visit Dafo Bay, the highlight of the carvings, followed by Xiaofo Bay, Shengshou Temple, and the Dazu Rock Carving Museum.
