When you arrive at Chengdu airport or train station, our local driver will be waiting at the exit with a sign showing your name. We will take you to your hotel in the city centre and help with check-in. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore at your own pace.

Start your Chengdu Tour with a visit to the famous Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, a centre dedicated to the conservation and care of China’s beloved pandas. Enjoy watching these gentle creatures as they eat, play, and relax in a natural environment. Your local guide will share engaging stories and help you capture memorable photos along the way. Prayer facilities can be arranged nearby for your convenience.
After enjoying a halal lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant, take a scenic two-hour drive to the awe-inspiring Leshan Giant Buddha. Standing for over 1,300 years, this magnificent stone statue is the tallest Buddha carving in the world. You can hike up the mountain to enjoy panoramic views or choose a peaceful river cruise for a different perspective. Hiking is included, but if you prefer the cruise—or wish to experience both—simply let your guide know.

After breakfast, board a high-speed train from Chengdu to Chongqing. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed at the train station by your professional English-speaking Muslim-friendly guide and driver.
After enjoying a halal lunch at a local Muslim-friendly restaurant, begin your journey with a visit to Ciqikou Ancient Town. Dating back to the Song Dynasty, this charming old town was once a busy trading port along the Jialing River. Today, its lively stone streets are filled with traditional crafts, cultural performances like Sichuan Opera, and glimpses of Chongqing’s rich Islamic heritage and community life.
In the evening, visit the Monument to the People’s Liberation, a historical landmark built in 1946 to commemorate China’s victory in the anti-Fascist war. Located in the bustling Jiefangbei Commercial District, it is now a vibrant area where you can stroll through modern shopping streets, and easily find halal eateries for dinner.

Today, continue discovering the vibrant city of Chongqing with a focus on family-friendly, culturally respectful experiences.
Begin with a visit to the Museum of General Joseph Stilwell, housed in his former residence. The museum offers a fascinating glimpse into General Stilwell’s personal belongings, manuscripts, and military memorabilia, highlighting his important role in fostering China–US relations during World War II.
Next, head to E’ling Park, one of the city’s oldest gardens, where you’ll enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Chongqing’s skyline and the meeting point of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural setting make it an ideal spot for reflection and photography, especially during sunrise or sunset.
Continue to the famous Hongya Cave, a lively area known for its traditional-style stilted buildings built into the cliffs.
