Arrive in Chengdu where your driver will meet you at the airport holding a name sign. After hotel check-in and lunch, visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to see pandas and cubs. In the evening, enjoy spicy Sichuan hotpot or local street food like kung pao chicken as you relax and soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

Begin your day at Wenshu Temple, a serene Buddhist site dating back to the Sui Dynasty. Enjoy peaceful gardens and timeless architecture. After lunch, you will explore Wide and Narrow Alleys, where traditional Sichuan-style wallpaper can be bought from local artisans. In the afternoon, board a high-speed train for a 4-hour journey to Xian, then settle into your hotel.
