Upon arrival in Xian, your guide and driver will meet you and take you to the hotel. Take some time to rest and settle in. In the afternoon, walk or cycle along the 600-year-old Ancient City Wall. Enjoy a quiet moment and take in the city views.
Later, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, an important Buddhist site from the Tang Dynasty. Climb up for a wide view and learn about monk Xuanzang’s journey. In the evening, see the musical fountain show, then head to Great Tang Everbright City, where lights, snacks, and performances fill the streets. -
This morning, take a private drive to the Terracotta Warriors. Explore Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s life-sized army, each figure crafted with unique details. For lunch, try Xian favorites like biang biang noodles or grilled lamb skewers.
In the afternoon, stroll through Lishan Garden and see archaeological sites including the emperor’s tomb and the Bronze Chariots Pit.
Head back to the city and walk along the lively Muslim Street, sampling local treats like roujiamo and persimmon cakes. Nearby, you can step into the Great Mosque and enjoy a peaceful walk through its quiet, ancient courtyards. -
After breakfast, you will begin with a drive to Mount Huashan. Ride the cable car up to West Peak and set off along dramatic mountain trails. Discover cliffside walkways, Taoist temples, and sweeping views. Adventurous travelers can take on the famous Plank Road in the Sky. Hike to South Peak for the highest lookout, then descend via North Peak using the cable car. Return to Xian in the late afternoon.
