After breakfast at hotel, start your day at Dragon Tower, a landmark of Harbin and one of the tallest steel towers in Asia. It offers panoramic views of the city and also houses television and radio broadcasting facilities. After lunch, head to the Central Pedestrian Street, Harbin’s most famous shopping and cultural street lined with European-style buildings, boutiques, and snack stalls. Then, stroll along the Stalin Park by the Songhua River, visit the Flood Control Memorial Tower, and walk across the Middle East Railway Bridge, a symbol of Harbin’s Russian past.

In winter, the park transforms into a sparkling snow-covered wonderland, hosting the famous Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. Marvel at massive, intricate snow sculptures created by artists from around the world, depicting mythical creatures, world landmarks, and whimsical scenes in breathtaking detail. It’s a perfect place for photos and to soak in the unique winter charm of northern China.

Here you can sample dozens of dumpling varieties, including classic pork and cabbage, shrimp and chive, and regional specialties like Russian-style borscht dumplings. The hearty flavors and comforting warmth make it an ideal winter meal.
In the evening, experience the highlight of any winter visit to Harbin — the Harbin Ice and Snow World. This world-renowned attraction features towering castles, bridges, slides, and sculptures, all made from ice blocks harvested from the Songhua River and illuminated in vivid, glowing colors.
