Day-by-day travel plan

  • Welcome to Luoyang, one of China’s Four Great Ancient Capitals. Upon arrival, your private guide and driver will meet you at the airport or train station and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace as you settle into Luoyang.

  • After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Longmen Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its impressive Buddhist carvings dating back to the Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties.

    Next, head to the White Horse Temple, the first Buddhist temple in China, founded in AD 68. Don’t miss the International Zone, where you’ll see temple architecture from around the world. In the afternoon, explore the Luoyang Museum, which houses over 1,000 artifacts from 13 different dynasties.

    Family-friendly travel!
