I traveled with my family in May 2024 to Xi An. My husband is a Canadian and my son was born in Canada. Our tour guide Liu Yu speaks perfect English and is super knowledgeable with Chinese history. What impressed me most about JustChinaTours was their attention to detail and commitment to making our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From the private car transfers to the carefully selected accommodations, every aspect of our tour was designed to maximize our time and minimize any potential stress or hassle.

Excellent n most fun trip arranged by JustChina Tour, specifically Leo n Vicki. They covered all our itinerary in the most comfortable manner. No rush, no unnecessary “shopping” stops. All meals are excellently arranged, including Peking duck, dumpling banquet n other great dinners n lunches. Vicki, our guide, speaks excellent English n has excellent knowledge of Xi’an n our tour sites. She attends to our needs to the smallest details including accommodating the meals to our preferences. Leo went the extra mile to provide a personal wheelchair for one of our mates who could not walk long distances. I highly recommend Just China Tour if you are visiting China. Travelled recently to XI’AN with a group of old friends, with a fully customised Xi’an sightseeing attractions. Leo/Liu Yu and guide Vicki delivered top-notch service throughout our itinerary with excellent food and History& Facts of historical attractions with so much passion in their job. Would highly recommend anyone doing a China tour with them. ?

We are a group of old classmates which organise and travel to XiAn from 4 to 10 Mar under the guide of Just China Tours with Vicki and Leo as our tour guides. Both the guides did an excellent job, not only are they familiar with the history of XiAn particular the pagodas, bell and drum tower etc just to name a few, They had also organised very sumptuous meal for the group with various variety instead of staying to one type of meal. On the very last day before our departure as a gesture of goodwill we are also treated with a bottle of local ‘white wine’ such gesture of goodwill and relations speaks volume. And on the last day during the departure flight to Singapore at the check-in counter the guide Vicki also went all way out to help us to clear our departure under group check-in which makes the flow so much smoother We will highly recommend Just China Tour if you want to embark on a holiday trip to China.

I had a great time during the whole trip Silk Rd / Xi’ an, fr 25th March -7 Apr. Leo, our local guide went out of the way to make it comfortable & memorable. Some of us didnt bring along thermal wear and gloves. The temperature drop was too drastic. Leo brought us to get them. But unfortunately, Uniqlo ran out of thermal gloves. Well, Leo got us gardening gloves, so sweet of him. I will always remember this kind gesture. And he also helped some of us to carry our luggage up the stairs at the train station, where escalator was not available.

The 14N/15D private tour of mainland China and Tibet organized by Just China Tours was most remarkable, comfortable, satisfying and exciting private tour that my wife and I have ever experienced. The 4 star hotels were very cozy, the tour itinerary very engrossing and travel in a high end Buick car very congenial. Every Guide & Driver were very courteous and overtly helpful, making our tour an extraordinary experience. We had a wonderful family trip to Zhangjiajie, Beijing, and Shanghai, thoughtfully arranged by a travel agent Mr Leo from Justchina Tour who truly lives by the motto: “You name it, we will have it.” Our group included four adults over 50 and two in their early 20s, and the entire itinerary was crafted to suit everyone’s comfort and interest. From start to finish, the agent was approachable, responsive even during late hours, and focused purely on creating meaningful travel experiences — with absolutely no commercial mindset. We enjoyed a unique, crowd-free view of the Great Wall and a breathtaking visit to Tianzi Mountain, both from angles that most standard tours don’t cover. The trip was centered on rich sightseeing, not shopping stops, which we truly appreciated. Despite being in a country with a different language and culture, everything was so well-organized that we never felt out of place. The agent even went the extra mile to help us celebrate our daughter’s graduation in Shanghai by arranging a surprise bouquet, cake, and party poppers — a truly heartwarming gesture. When one of the hotel rooms in Beijing felt too small, he swiftly arranged a more spacious alternative without any hassle. I went on a trip with my family from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie and then to Beijing. It was so hassle-free and relaxing. Justchinatours provided personalised assistance and was always dedicated and quick to respond. They helped us bridge the language barriers and provided us with knowledgeable and passionate guides. I wanted a trip free from tourist shopping stops and commercialised attractions, and they delivered, giving me an itinerary with authentic experiences. They also went above and beyond by helping with smaller arrangements outside the trip package. Overall, they made the entire journey stress-free and comfortable, and I was able to learn so much about Chinese history and culture.

There were ten of us, all seniors, who traveled together to China, and JustChinaTours organized our 14-day journey to perfection. We started in Beijing for three days, then visited Xi’an to see Mount Huashan and the Terracotta Army, went on a Yangtze River cruise, explored Chongqing and Zhangjiajie, and finished our adventure in Shanghai. The level of care and organization was outstanding throughout—each guide was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made every effort to accommodate our needs. We traveled in comfort on high-speed trains, dined at excellent local restaurants (no tourist traps or forced shopping stops), and always felt well taken care of. One of our group had limited mobility, and we were especially grateful to Richard, our local guide in Beijing, who arranged a wheelchair for the days at Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City so nobody missed out. When our flight from Zhangjiajie to Shanghai got canceled, JustChinaTours stepped in right away, coordinated a new flight, and managed everything quickly and smoothly. The team was always responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip truly hassle-free. Thank you, JustChinaTours, for helping us create such wonderful memories in China.

We started planning our family trip to China back in March 2025. With six of us traveling, we were a bit worried about how our children would adjust to a new country with different food and culture. Leo patiently answered all our questions and concerns, which gave us the confidence to move forward. From the very beginning, the team’s flexibility and excellent communication made us feel that we had made the right choice—and after comparing several offers, we knew we absolutely had. Before coming, we had read many stories about travel scams in China and guides taking tourists to compulsory shopping stops. However, this truly was a no-shopping tour. None of our guides or drivers ever pressured us into buying anything. All the hotels were comfortable, clean, and well-located. The drivers were courteous, and our guides in every city were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Our children especially loved making their own miniature Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an, and the Chinese calligraphy class in Beijing was another memorable highlight.
